Finance and Accounts Roles (FNA)
- Commerce graduates (B.Com/BBA) are required.
- Open to both freshers and professionals with up to 8 years of experience.
Transaction Roles (Claims/Non-Voice)

Job Responsibilities
Transaction (Claims/Non-Voice)
- Comprehend and analyze complex datasets.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks as per agreed service levels.
- Communicate effectively with the onshore team for resolution of pending queries.
- Identify trends and report insights to improve processes.
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Review and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle PO (Purchase Orders), Non-PO, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and utility invoice processing.
- Experience in auditing invoices and payment processing using ERP tools like SAP or Navision.
Record to Report
- Manage month-end closing activities.
- Perform key and non-key reconciliations.
- Create standard and non-standard journal entries, including accruals, prepaid, deferrals, and leases.
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Blackline, HANA Ariba S4, and HRC High Radius is a plus.
Cash Applications/Collections
- Post payments from various lockboxes to customer accounts.
- Research and resolve aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts.
- Collect delinquent payments from customers over the phone or obtain commitments for payment.
